- Chocolate Snowdrops
Ingredients:
- 1 food cake mixed with pudding
- 2-1/4 cup frozen whipped topping
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
Directions: First preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Mix the cake, whipped topping and the egg with hand until it is well mixed. Make 1-inch balls out of the dough you have just made and roll it over the confectioner’s sugar. Place the ball on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake it for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool before storing them in air tight containers.
- Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Combine all the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix it until it is well blended. Make 1-inch balls and place them on an un-greased cookie sheet. Make criss-cross designs with the back of a fork and then bake it for 10 minutes.

- Dark Chocolate Fudge:
Ingredients:
- 3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions: Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk over low heat. Stir the melted mixture in one cup of walnuts and vanilla. Pour the batter in an aluminum foil and chill it for 2 hours until it gets firm. Take it out and cut the fudge into squares. Your chocolate fudge is ready to serve.
- Caramel Dipping Sauce with Fresh Fruit
Ingredients:
- 50g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup cream
- Fresh seasonal fruit like apples, pears, strawberries, oranges and bananas
Directions: In a saucepan put butter, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Stir it over low heat until it melts. Remove it from the heat and then stir it in the cream until it is well blended. Cut the fruits in bite-size pieces and thread the pieces of fruits onto toothpicks. Pour the warm caramel sauce into a serving bowl and serve it along with the fruit sticks.
