Christmas Cosmo:

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce of Cointreau
1/2 ounce of cranberry juice
1 tsp.fresh lime juice
1 ounce of vodka

Directions:

Mix all the above ingredients with ice. Shake the mixture well and drain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. For an added flavor and look, float few frozen cranberries on top of the mixture.

Christmas Cranberry:


Ingredients:

·    1 ounce cranberry vodka
·    1 ounce hazelnut liqueur or Amaretto
·    3 ounces cranberry juice
·    2 ounces orange juice
 
Directions:
Combine all the above ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a glass and add crushed ice. Garnish the drink with orange slices or frozen cranberries.

White Christmas:

Ingredients:
·    1/2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
·    1 ounce Southern Comfort
·    4 ounces eggnog
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and serve the mixture in a cocktail glass. For garnishing, sprinkle chocolate shavings or cinnamon on top.

Onion Chip Dip:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
1 cup sour cream

Directions

After heating the oil over medium heat, add onion and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove the heating pan from the heat and add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme. Transfer the mixture to another bowl and allow it to cool completely. Stir the mixture into cold cream and chill it for two hours. You can keep it refrigerated for 2-3 days.
