Instructions:
- Blend the first eight ingredients in a large bowl. After it is well mixed, make Santa’s face out of it. Next, put the mixture into a large piece of plastic and mould in into the shape of a ball. Wrap the cheese and chill it.
- At the end of one hour, unwrap it and place it in a large serving tray. Drape a new plastic over the cheese, flatten it and bring it to a shape of a face. For Santa’s hat, turn the red pepper upside down.
- Make Santa’s nose out of carrot, mouth out of pretzel, eyes out of olive, ear out of cracker, cheery tomato for rosy cheeks.
- Decorate the hatband, eyebrows and the beard by piping out cheese.

· 24 blinis from 2 x 135g packs Cavka cocktail blinis 200g (8oz) pack sliced smoked salmon
· 100g (4oz) pack rocket
· Lemon wedges and dill sprigs, to serve
For dressing
· 142ml pot soured cream
· 2tbsp chopped fresh dill
· 1tbsp Dijon mustard
Instruction:
- First prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients like cream, dill, season and Dijon.
- Set the preparation aside in the fridge. After this warm the blinis by following the instructions on the packet and allow it to cool.
- Next, top each blini, with the mixture you had just made and include a slice of smoked salmon and black pepper.
Serve it with rocket leaves and lemon wedges.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
Instruction:
- Combine and beat the mixture of flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla.
- Add egg to the mixture and beat until it is well mixed. Spoon the cupcake batter into paper liners until ½ to 2/3 full.
