Ingredients:
Drambuie 1 ounce
Guiness Beer 5 ounces
Southern Comfort 1 ounce
Instructions:
Combine all the above ingredients and serve in a red wine glass.
- Ginger Snap
Ingredients:
Advocaat Liquer, 2 ounces
Good quality ginger ale, 3 ounces
Instructions:
Mix the above ingredients in a highball glass. Include ice as well in the mixture and garnish it with stemmed maraschino cherry.

- Somerset Cider and Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
4 joints of chicken
Dry mustard powder 2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper
1/4 pint English cider
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Honey 2 tbsp.
Instructions:
Place the joints of the chicken in a casserole. Make a mixture by combining mustard, salt, pepper, cider, oil and honey. Pour the mixture over the chicken and marinate for one hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Bake the chicken over a large roasting pan for about one hour. Allow the chicken to seam. After the skin of the chicken turns reddish brown in color and becomes crispy, take it out. Serve hot.
